We had searched for several weeks and visited several different furniture stores looking for the perfect sectional. This was our first time walking into furnitureland and we were greeted by Arlie. I explained how I was picky and we knew what we wanted but just couldn't find it. He explained the England products and briefly told us how the process worked. He spent over 2.5 hours with us and was very thorough. We changed from a right chaise to left chaise, back to right chaise and different combinations. He was so patient and truly just wanted to see us happy. Although we initially didnt anticipate spending over $2k on a sectional, his superior customer service definitely sealed the deal. We will definitely recommend this place to everyone!!!
My wife and I went to FurnitureLand at the suggestion of a friend of ours. We had been to multiple furniture stores before stopping here and this place by far had the best selection and affordable pricing. When we first walked in Andy greeted us with a warm invite and asked what we were looking for..he gave us a little information and pointed us in the right direction. He did not follow us around the entire store but instead gave us our space and periodically checked in on us. We were able to find a dining room set and a living room set that we loved so Andy got it all together and priced it all out. Not only did we get the sale price for the furniture but we were able to take advantage of the no interest financing. And on top of that they will be delivering to our house and setting it up for us. I highly recommend this store for anyone that wants good quality furniture at an affordable price, along with great customer service. We will definitely be back to purchase more for our new house. I love to furniture shop!, Arlie made this experince even more enjoyable! He was very personable and understood exactly what i needed and very knowledgeable about all the wonderful pieces that caught my eye! He entertained us while shopping and has definitely gained my loyalty as a customer. I will always come in and look for Arlie, and Boy was he dressed to kill!

Visiting this store for the the first time was a very rewarding one. We were greeted in a professional manner and the customer service was great. Our specialist was Shane Beard. He was very knowledgeable and an expert in his line of business. He gave my husband and I space to discuss and choose the items we were looking for. The layout of the store is phenomenal. We loved the discounts we were given and the furniture is readily available, where you don't have to wait 5 weeks for delivery. I would rate this experience 5 stars. I would definitely go back.
