I had one of the most enjoyable buying experiences recently at Ashley Homestore in Delmar, DE. We just moved to the area and needed to complete a few rooms of furniture. Mercedes my sales gal was not only fun & enjoyable to talk with..she really knew her product line. She made my furniture shopping day so much more pleasant. Can't wait to visit again!
Furniture Land in Delmar DE has a great selection of top quality and stylish current furniture. Every person I met, from the floor sales staff to the back office and managerial staff, as well as the delivery men consistently demonstrated outstanding customer service and a genuine desire to help me. I highly recommend Furniture Land and will shop there again and also provide customer referrals. The furniture I purchased is beautiful, priced fairly and was delivered very quickly by caring and friendly delivery men. Top notch all the way!!
i called and spoke with Mercedes inquiring a cocktail and end table I had seen online. She was very helpful. My husband and I went into the store to see Mercedes the very next day. We have bought furniture there in past and had good experiences, however she made this experience a breath of fresh air. Normally dealing with sales people I can get annoyed. She was so helpful, and easy to work with. She was not pushy at all and was able to work within our budget. We ended up purchasing not only tables for the living room but a dinning room set as well. We will definitely be back to see Mercedes in the near future once we're ready to furnish the next room in our house
Great service, arrived on time, delivery guys very friendly. The only issue is that I had to buy the bolts for the bed frame when as a customer I feel the bed frame should automatically come with its own bolts for headboard attachment. Other than that, the entire experience was great:)

Vultures circling as soon as you hit the door. A bit pricy. But for a lack of better options, this is the go-to place in the area. The touch screen computer in the back corner makes things a little less stressful, but the items aren't always in stock at the store.
