Never dealt with Matrix before today, my impression is nothing short of amazing, staff was friendly and knowledgeable. My vehicle was done 2 hours before promised, and looks spectacular, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Top Notch service!
Brought a car in for tint removal, I needed to pass inspection. I waited over three weeks for an appointment. They couldn't remove the tint from two smaller front windows because they didn't have the tools to access it. Granted, they are smaller than a fist and hard to access. I figured it was no big deal, the 5 other windows were removed and I should pass inspection.
I will say, the 5 other windows looked great. There wasn't a spec of glue left, and I was in and out in a little over an hour.
So I will try another inspection station, and if that doesn't work, I'll try a steam cleaner and some tweezers.
This was my first time getting window tints here (18%) and I can't believe the good quality of service. VERY professional, friendly and helpful people here. And the work quality is out of this world. Eric is the best!!
I now see why every one of my friends with tints got them from here.
I failed to pass twice, from two inspection stations. I'm now left with finishing the job they started.
Reading the reviews, and living in Delmar I figured I'd give them a shot. But I was kinda let down again, by local businesses.
My third vehicle done by Matrix. Every one has been perfect. I wouldn't use anyone else!
