Update: Now 930. Several cars have parked and tried to go in and then left. We are about to be the next.
Sitting in parking lot at 9am to give the dog a bath. Currently 922am and still no lights on and door locked. Silly me for thinking “Open at 9am” meant Open at 9am. Will never be coming here again.
Great place to wash a dog. $10 for shampoo, tub, towels, dryer, and dog treats. Always clean. Sure beats doing it at home.
I forget her name but I must say she made a great impression, customer service was exceptional! She helped me find what I needed and was super personable! I love great customer service and was very thankful. Also, I loved Pet Valu's selection of dog food & bought their brand of grain free dog food, which happens to come with a "love it or bring it back" guarantee. A bonus as this is my dogs first time trying it. I definitely recommend Pet Value for the excellent customer service and great product selection!
Update: Had breakfast next door. Came back and guess what?? Yep, still locked and no one around. Leaving now. Will not be back again and will be sharing this with everyone.
Great place for giving Chloe her bath. Especially in the winter for only 10.00 +they furnish towels and shampoo.
