Initial meetings exactly on time. Two months time lapse between measurement and installation. Some confusion over telephone numbers, but job is done. This is totally exterior door. Will have year to evaluate its performance in various temperatures.
For $550 sold and installed a $200 storm door which had only only one pneumatic pump closer and no chain. You have to pull it shut so it will latch. Gap left where it doesn't seal so rain gets in. Exposed plywood on trim with no caulking. Jerryrigged shims on latch. Quality this mediocre I could have done myself but didn't have the time or patience and expected far better at that price. Guess what, I have other doors and windows that need replacing.
Had a bay window installed by Window World. Not an easy job but the installers did a super job. Looks great. Very satisfied.
Very Poorly done Very bad expierence Will never ever recommend them. Three days they quoted us it turned into three months. Broken windows boarded up windows due to not being in in time..two cracked windows ..our kitchen floor dinged ...they were either late or didnt show up at all on days they told us, we waited the first day 2 hours later then they said. But yet they wanted to get paid 5 grand for a fubarred job ..wanted that contract signed right away...will never do buisness with them again.
So much for their advertised $189.00 windows...we had 11 windows replaced a couple years ago for around 1500$... this time they wanted just over$1600 to replace just 3... not! Also said it would take 3-6 weeks for the windows to come in...super nice people though...they truly are...but I don't know about how they work...got it cheaper at Lowe's...
